If you have a professional interest in training, education or simulation in Europe, either as a user, academic or supplier, you or your organisation should join the European Training & Simulation Association (ETSA).

In order to join ETSA, you, company, business unit or organisation must have a significant, professional interest in training, education or simulation in Europe, and must demonstrate compliance with the following criteria:

1. Provide from within Europe the development and/or manufacture of training, education and simulation products, services and/or consultancy OR
2. Trade in Europe in the training, education and simulation industry OR
3. Be a European user of training, education and simulation products and/or services

Categories of membership and annual subscriptions

Membership of the European Training & Simulation Association (ETSA) is welcomed from those in Europe who can demonstrate a professional interest in training, education and simulation. Membership of ETSA, and the membership category/level, is at the discretion of ETSA. There are four categories of membership:

• Corporate or Supplier - companies, or training, education or simulation business units of large companies and training, education, academic institutions that supply training, education and simulation products and services for profit. Minimum subscription is based on annual turnover.
• Government or User - government or defence organisations, academic institutions and other users (ie transport, medicine, power generation, police, emergency planners etc) who use or purchase, and are not selling training, education and simulation products and services for profit.
• Associate - publications, event organisers etc and are agreed on a case by case basis. Please contact ETSA to discuss.
• Individual - students and individuals who are self-employed may be able to join as an Individual member, but this is at the discretion of ETSA. It is a concessionary membership and acceptance is decided on a case-by-case basis. It is not open to people who could join under one of the other categories - please contact ETSA to discuss.
